Hi Paul I would like to thank you for what you did for me, it was the hardest decision I have ever had to make, but I knew deep down as Kuroi (my dog) was in pain and needed to go. You did this with respect and dignity, informing me of everything that was happening never rushing me, and giving me space to talk to Kuroi.
